Ingredients: Wholegrain wheat flour, cottage cheese, eggs, Jerusaleme artichoke syrup, olive oil.
Cooking instructions: Put in a boiling water for 5 mins. After it's ready you can roast it for 1 min in coconut oil or ghi. Serve with the sauce. You can also add sour cream.
